The hair quality was bad and cheap and frizzed

Great customer service very fast & helpful

The chat feature was speedy and effective. Faci was very helpful and it wasn't overly complicated and time consuming to cancel my subscription (canceled because I joined by accident, there was no problem with the product).

Wonderful customer service team, very kind and will work with you if you have any problems. The hair match is so good it looks like your real hair. Proud to support a female founded company, and they will always have my business.

I didn't like the hair quality. I asked for a refund but I have never received a response.

Returns is horrible

I’m happy with the quality of the products! I got a bundle with a ponytail and a 7-set extension. I really like the ponytail, and the application was fairly easy after I watched a few tutorials.

I’m not the biggest fan of the 7-set extension because it looks really fake on my head and body frame. I’m 5’0 and the extensions fall below my butt, which I’m not the biggest fan off. Also, it’s so long that it snagged on some things while I was walking. The pull from the snags started to hurt my scalp after awhile. My hair is also on the thinner side, so I can’t really hide the tracks well even after watching numerous tutorials.
I tried to return this product but keep the ponytail. Based on policy, however, the hair extensions can’t be returned once opened. I understand the policy is implemented due to health/safety concerns, but I wished they gave a trial clip-in so that I could see what it looked like on my head before I opened the package fully. They do give a trial piece, but it doesn’t include the clip.

Overall, the products are great quality, feels like real hair, and really pretty. Customer service also gave me a coupon code for another one of their products, and it cut the cost by almost $30. I appreciated that!
I’m going to buy more ponytails, but I’ll hold off on the full extensions for now.

Hair is soft and easy to maintain. Underrated product- the hairbrush. Goes through tangles like butter and feels good on my real hair too.

The hair itself was very nice but read THEIR RETURN POLICY. You have better like your purchase because once you open that package,,,you can't return.
So how do you know if the hair is nice, easy to wear, or anything else? YOU DON"T ...you are stuck with your purchase if you open that package.
VERY Disappointed in this company.
Considering their product seems nice, but I will never be able to wear it because no matter how my Tutorials and "TIPS" they give me, the hair will not stay on my head. Wishing I bought the cheaper product with a hair claw to hold into place.
Buyer Beware

The extensions are amazing. They’re beautiful and full. The only downside is they are a little heavy. Ordering process was easy, and shipping was fast.

Great customer service. When I encountered a problem with shipping, they were quick to respond, friendly, and willing to help. They researched the issue right away and solved the problem almost immediately.

The ponytail that I was sent was damaged. Unfortunately, the policy is if you open the package, you own the ponytail. I don't think that's fair. I received a busted looking ponytail.
